👋 Hi, I’m Irakli, and I’m excited to kick off this blog and share a bit about myself and my experiences.
End goal here is to share my knowledge and ignite discussions about scaling products and teams.
Currently, I’m a director of engineering at Prime Insights, where we scaled from 0 requests to 50B+/month – in under 2 years.
Besides Prime Insights, I’ve lead teams in multiple engineering organisations – more on that on my Linkedin.
Along the way, I’ve learned a thing or two about building scalable infrastructure, building teams, and organisations with value driven development. With an MBA in hand, dare I say, I’ll try to present a somewhat less popular view of using technical skills as a means of achieving business goals, though I’ll also be sharing some code candy for the true technical artisans at heart.
